Where do you go to find Ford Mustang hubcaps?
I really want to change the appearance of my Mustang’s wheels, but I’m having a hard time finding Ford Mustang hubcaps. Where should I be looking?

We always love a nice upgrade! If your
Ford Mustang
is older, you’ll want to find used hubcaps. But newer Mustangs don’t actually use hubcaps/ wheel covers.Let’s start with classic Mustangs with steel hubcaps. We recommend searching for the exact year of your Mustang online. You’ll find options on eBay, but also a lot of websites devoted to classic muscle car restoration.
Prices will vary and can end up anywhere between $50 and $500, but expect to spend around $200 to $300 for a complete set of used classic Ford Mustang hubcaps in good or excellent condition.
Newer Mustangs don’t have hubcaps. They have fancy rims with smaller center caps covering the hub, but not the rest of the wheel. To upgrade the looks of a newer Mustang, you can replace the rim or consider finding a wheel skin.
Replacing a whole wheel can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars per wheel. Super high-performance 20” carbon fiber wheels, for instance, can cost you as much as $5,000 or even more! But some options are considerably cheaper, down in the $150 to $300 per tire range.
You might also consider a wheel skin. These are the cheapest option, with prices between $20 and $100 on average, and they usually look pretty good. But you’ll of course want to comparison shop to find what looks best to you.
