Where do Maserati cars come from?

I recently purchased a Maserati and it’s easily the best car I’ve ever owned. I can’t think of any other car that combines speed, power, and style like it. However, I recently realized that I don’t know much about the company itself. Where do Maserati cars come from?

Every Maserati car comes from the same place: Modena, Italy. The company doesn’t outsource any of its manufacturing, nor does it have any facilities outside of this Italian city of 184,000 residents.
The company moved to Modena from Bologna, Italy in 1937, and has produced cars there ever since. Today, fans of the Maserati can travel to Modena to see the company’s headquarters, factory, museum, and showroom—it’s simply a must for the avid Maserati fan.
