Where can I get car insurance if I don't have a license but am attending driving school?

I'm in the process of getting a driver's license and finishing up driving school. My mom won't let me use her car to drive; she says she'll teach me once I have enough money to buy my own car. Can I get car insurance if I'm not licensed?

car insurance
. But there are some caveats here.
First, you’ll usually need to get your license within a short period of time—typically 30 to 45 days—to start a policy with most carriers. Second, your carrier might require you to start the policy with a driver who has a valid license, which might be your mom in this case.
Also, if you’re under 18, most carriers will require you to have a parent or guardian sign on the insurance policy with you. “
