Where can I get a loan with my car title?

I read online that I can get a quick loan by using my car title, but I don’t know where to go for that. Where should I go to get a loan with my car title?

Getting car title loans may seem great at the moment, but they can be damaging in the long run. That being said, you can get a loan with your car title from:
  • Independent lenders. They often offer car title loans, but the conditions will likely be unreasonable. Make sure you vet them carefully before signing an agreement.
  • Some banks. Most banks won’t offer title loans as they’re considered predatory lending, but some smaller banks may offer them. Banks are also likely to offer similar short-term loans with better terms.
  • *Loan agents. Loan agents will typically offer title loans, though their reliability will depend on the financial institution they represent. Make sure you thoroughly review your agreement before you sign it.
When shopping for a title loan, expect high APRs and short repayment periods. Unfortunately, title loans are risky; make sure you can pay them off before you apply. If you miss a payment your lender will readily repossess your car.
