Where are Toyota plants located?

I am trying to gauge how far the average Toyota part has to travel before being placed in a car. Which places have Toyota plants in them, and how many plants are in the United States?

Given that there are over 40 different Toyota plants in the world, it’s safe to say that many countries have at least one Toyota factory on their soil. In the United States, there are four total Toyota plants in Kentucky, Indiana, Texas, and Mississippi.
Outside of the United States, the largest U.S. supplier of Toyota vehicles and parts is Japan. This is unsurprising, as Japan is the home country for the Toyota brand. In fact, many of the Toyota plants in Japan are located in Toyota City, which is an actual place in Aichi!
