 is a wonderful town to start a new career with plenty of opportunities and incentives for new residents. The best places to live in Florence include the following neighborhoods, in order of lowest to highest average home price:
  • Wilson Heights
  • Ashwood Estates
  • The Reserve at Ebenezer
  • Summit at Oakdale
  • Wren Creek
The right Florence neighborhood for you will typically come down to what you can afford. Wilson Heights and Ashwood Estates are nice neighborhoods with the most moderately priced homes. The price for a home in Wilson Heights averages at $80,000, while the homes in Ashwood Estates average double at 160,452. The homes in Wren Creek, on the other hand, average at almost $250,000.
