Where are Lexus SUVs made?
I know Lexus is owned by Toyota, but I was wondering if that meant all its models were made in Japan. Where are Lexus SUVs made?

Most Lexus models are made in Japan, but there are few exceptions. There’s a plant in Lexington, Kentucky that produces the ES sedan. And an assembly plant in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada makes the RX and RX hybrid models.
Otherwise, all other Lexus SUVs are made in Japan. Here are the facility locations for all of the SUV models made in Japan:
- Yoshiwara, Japan: Lexus LX
- Tahara, Japan: Lexus GX
- Kyushu, Japan: Lexus UX, UX Hybrid, NX, NX Hybrid, RX, RX L, and RX L Hybrid
