When should I change my Mazda 3 windshield wipers?
I’ve had my car for a while now, but it still has the same wipers that it did on the day I bought it. How do I know when it’s time to change my Mazda 3 windshield wipers?

I don’t know when you purchased your vehicle, but I’d guess it’s long overdue for new windshield wipers! According to the manufacturer, you should change your Mazda 3 windshield wipers at least once every 12 months.
That being said, there are some clear signs when it’s time to switch them out:
- The rubber is cracked, split, or broken
- They make a chattering sound as they drag across the glass
- There are streaks or trails on your windshield
- Parts of the wipers don’t touch the windshield
- The metal frames are bent
If you notice any of the above signs or it’s been 12 months since your last change, it’s time to replace your wiper blades!
