What's the cheapest car insurance company for a 62-year-old man with a DUI on his record?
I live in Arkansas and I'm having trouble finding cheap car insurance because of a DUI from almost two years ago. Where can I get the cheapest rate?

“Because car insurance rates are so unique to each driver, it’s impossible to know which company will offer you the lowest rate. The only way to get an answer is to start shopping—get quotes from as many providers as you can for the same level of coverage and compare rates.
You can reach out to big-name insurers like State Farm, as well as smaller regional carriers like Southern Farm Bureau.
Just be aware that there’s no company in Arkansas that offers cheap car insurance after a DUI conviction. A DUI tends to raise rates more than any other kind of moving violation, so you can expect to pay more for coverage than the average driver with a clean record.”

Can an insurance broker's fee be negotiated?
I've been shopping for car and home insurance with various agencies. I've noticed that the quoted premiums are about the same, regardless of the agency, but the broker's fee can be as low as $100 and as high as $350. Can the broker's fee be negotiated?
