“Thanks to sales quotas and the need to make room for incoming inventory, the period from October to December is the best time to buy a car. January and February can also be a good time to buy, since business usually slows down during the first few months after the holidays. Sales are not typically advertised for these months, though, and it may take a bit of negotiating to get a good deal.
If possible, buyers should generally avoid purchasing a car in the spring and summer months. “
