What’s the best Subaru sedan?

The 2022 Legacy is Subaru’s mid-size sedan, starting at $24,490 and featuring none of the jazz of modern Subarus—it doesn’t have a lifted suspension or black plastic around the wheel wells. The Legacy is the perfect sedan for those looking for a traditional body-style sedan. A 2.5L four-cylinder engine with 182-hp powers it, but the higher-end models—the Limited XT and Touring XT—come standard with a 260-hp turbocharged 2.4L engine. All models are AWD with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT).
If you’re looking for performance, the Touring XT hits the mark—it goes from 0 to 60 mph in just 6.1 seconds, while the Sport does it in a slightly-less-impressive 8 seconds. But regardless of what model you choose, the Legacy offers good handling dynamics, a smooth and comfortable ride, good safety features, and an affordable price.
