What’s the best route from Vermont to Florida?

Is there a good driving route from Vermont to Florida? I want to take a trip to Florida for summer break, but I’m not sure which highways I’ll need to take to get there.

It’s definitely possible to drive from
Vermont
to Florida, but you’ll need several full days to make the trip. If that sounds okay to you, consider the following route:
  • Drive for about 310 miles via I-91 S until you reach New York City. Stop for the night.
  • Drive another 190 miles via NJ Turnpike S and I-95 S until you reach Baltimore, Maryland. Stop for the night.
  • Drive for 310 miles via I-95 S until you reach Raleigh, North Carolina. Stop for the night.
  • Use I-95 S to drive another 320 miles to Savannah, Georgia. Stop for the night.
  • Take I-95 S for the remaining 350 miles to Florida, then follow the road signs to your desired city!
