I’m taking a road trip out west this summer, and I’m hoping to hit Denver and Las Vegas in the same week. What’s the best route between these two cities?

The best driving route from
Denver
to Las Vegas is via I-70 W and I-15 S. The drive requires you to put in between 11 hours and 30 minutes and 13 hours and 20 minutes behind the wheel, depending on traffic. While you’ll definitely need to stop for one night on the road along the way, you can absolutely visit both of these cities within one week.One of the best places to stop between these two cities is Moab, Utah. While it’s slightly out of your way, it’s also the gateway to Arches National Park, so you’ll get to see lots of beautiful natural formations during your stay. If you’d like, it would be worth it to spend a full day in Moab to explore!
