The best route from
Albuquerque
to San Antonio will require the use of four major highways:
  1. US Hwy 285 S
  2. US-380 E
  3. US-87 S
  4. I-10 E
If you take this route, you’ll arrive in San Antonio after about 10 hours and 40 minutes of driving. If you’ll be driving with someone, you can make this trip in one day, but if you’re making the trip alone, it’s best to stop overnight. One possibility is to stop in Brownfield, Texas, which is the halfway point between the two cities.
Nothing halts a road trip faster than car problems. Luckily, getting towing and labor coverage through your insurance company will help you make sure you’re covered! With the
