There is plenty to see on this Chi-Town to Sin City drive—here are the highlights:
- Skip out ofIllinoison I-80 W. Pass through Iowa City and take a stroll through the University of Iowa’s beautiful campus.
- Continue through Des Moines, stopping in Omaha, Nebraska—the Cornhusker State’s biggest city.
- Leave Omaha and continue heading west through Nebraska’s grasslands, passing through Lincoln and eventually crossing into Colorado before landing in Denver. Mosey through Meow Wolf, the psychedelic immersive art museum.
- Decamp early from Denver and venture past ski towns and through the White River National Forest before crossing into Utah’s high desert along I-70.
