Head out of Atlanta on I-85 N, and stay on it until you connect with I-95 N in
Petersburg
, Virginia. From there, I-95 will take you into the D.C. metro area, where you’ll continue on I-395 into the nation’s capital. It’ll take a little under 10 hours of driving, and you will hit some toll roads on the way.
