What’s new on the 2023 Tesla Model S?

I have a 2013 Tesla but am thinking about trading it in for a new model. What are the new features of the 2023 Tesla Model S?

When it was released in 2012, the
Tesla
Model S was pretty much the only all-electric luxury sedan on the market. Today, however, Tesla is rivaled by Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, and other leading automakers, meaning innovation is more important than ever. As a result, the 2023 Model S includes a host of new, exciting features compared to the older models.
In comparison to the 2022 model, however, the 2023 Tesla Model S probably won’t be too much different. This is for two reasons: 1) The Model S just went through a significant redesign in 2021, and 2) Tesla is focusing its attention on other new vehicles, such as the Roadster.
But to stay competitive, some improvements will still need to be made. Tesla hasn’t confirmed anything just yet, but here’s what we expect to be new for the 2023 model:
  • An overall increase in driving range
  • Upgrades to the handling and braking systems
  • The option for a traditional, round steering wheel
As for price, we anticipate the 2023 Tesla Model S having a starting price of around $100,000. Meanwhile, a range-topping Model S in Plaid trim will start at about $135,000.
Whether you upgrade to the new Tesla Model S, choose a different model, or go with a completely different EV brand altogether, make sure you protect it with top-notch
