What’s a Nissan Juke’s oil type?

I think Nissan’s Juke is so cute and I want to get one for my next car. I already do maintenance on my current car, but I’m curious what kind of oil I’m going to need when I finally buy a new one. What type of oil does the Nissan Juke take?

The
Nissan Juke
is a fantastic car. If you’re going to be changing the oil on your used sporty subcompact, be sure to use 5W-30 full synthetic oil for the 2011-2015 model years or 0W-20 for the 2015-2018 model years (except for the
Nismo RS
, which also takes 5W-30).
In a pinch, all model years can technically use 5W-30, but it’s always best to use the recommended viscosity to preserve the health of your engine and to keep things running smoothly. Be sure to change the oil every 5,000 miles—or sooner if you notice any concerning symptoms, including fumes, sounds, or illuminating
check engine or oil lights
.
You also want to make sure you’re not overfilling or underfilling the reservoir. Depending on your Juke model, you will need between 4 to 4.5 liters (4.3 to 4.8 quarts) of engine oil. Check your manual to see your particular Juke’s engine capacity.
