Is there a resource to find a mechanic in my area? I need to find a mechanic in a new city, but I'm shy and not good at meeting the right people to ask.

There isn’t just one good resource to find a great mechanic in your area. Instead, you have to use as many resources that you can find. This might include:
- Suggestions from friends and family
- Consumer reviews
- Internet searches
- The Better Business Bureau
Since getting personal referrals isn’t a reliable path for you, online searches are a good option. Read reviews online, check out local forums, or even find some online Facebook groups.
If you can combine two or more of these sources, you should find a great mechanic in your area. If you just moved to a new area, you can also ask your
