The first Hyundai Sonata Sport wasn’t introduced until the 2014 model year, although the base model Sonata has been around since 1985.
If you’re looking to buy a Sonata Sport, newer models are better. Older Sonatas are known to have some issues, including problems with the seat belts, the sunroof, and the paint. If you want your Sonata to last for a long time, buying new is your best bet.
