The first
Dodge Dakota Quad Cab SLT
came out back in 2000. This was the first time that
Dodge
offered a full four-door version of the Dakota Truck.
The SLT had been the top trim level for the
Dakota
in previous years, and the 2000 Quad SLT offered the following features:
  • Power windows
  • Power locks
  • Keyless entry
  • Chrome wheels
There was also an available SLT Plus package that offered a premium cloth interior and a cassette and CD player. It came available with a 4.7-liter PowerTech V8 engine, with other options including a 3.9-liter Magnum V-6, and a 5.9-liter Magnum V8.
