Chevrolet brought the Aveo to the U.S. market in 2004, but to answer your question about what year the first Chevrolet Aveo LT was available in the U.S.—that’s 2005.
Like all other Aveo trims, the LT was available as either a sedan or a hatchback. As an added bonus, buyers had a choice between the standard five-speed manual transmission or an available four-speed automatic.
