What type of oil does the 2004 Toyota Camry take?

I need to top off the oil in my 2004 Toyota Camry. I thought I could just buy any type of oil, but my mom said I need to check to make sure I get the right kind. What type of oil do I need?

Your mom is right! Getting the right type of oil for your car is very important. For the 2004
Toyota Camry
, this means that you need 5W-30 grade synthetic oil. You’ll probably only need one container for a top-off, but your tank can hold a total of four quarts.
If you have trouble finding the right oil for your car, ask a store employee for help. They will be able to point you in the right direction, so you’ll know you’re getting a type of oil that’s compatible with your Toyota.
