What type of oil does the 2003 Toyota Corolla need?
Can I use the same type of oil for my 2003 Toyota Corolla that I use for my other car, or do older cars need a specific type of oil? I just need to top off the oil in my car.

The 2003 Toyota Corolla requires five quarts of 5W-30 grade synthetic motor oil. If your other car also uses this type of oil, you can absolutely use the same can for both vehicles!
If your other car uses a different type of oil, however, you’ll need to purchase some 5W-30 oil for your Corolla. While it might be tempting to try to save some money by using the wrong type of oil in your car, this can actually cause damage to your engine and will end up costing a lot more to repair than a single container of oil!
