What should I say when Progressive asks me questions about my claims?
How should I answer questions about an at-fault accident claim? I recently got into an accident in which I'm pretty sure I'm at-fault. I know they're going to call and ask me questions about what happened.

“The best way to answer questions about your claim with your car insurance company is honestly.
If a police report was filed at the scene of the accident, Progressive will have access to that information.
Don’t make the mistake in hiding any information. The more accurate and honest you are, the quicker and easier the process will be.”
