What roadway markings are used to guide your driving path?

Which markings are used to help you find your way on the road? I want to make sure that I know before my driving test next week so I can get my license on my 16th birthday!

It’s great that you’re preparing for your driving test in advance. The roadway markings that are used to guide your driving path are called
reflectors
. As their name suggests, reflectors reflect the headlights of oncoming cars, making it much easier to see the designated driving path in low-light conditions.
If you look at the double yellow line in the middle of the road, you’ll typically see small reflectors to help guide drivers at night. You might also see reflectors placed at the side of the road to help call attention to sharp curves and other dangers.
