What oil type does the 2011 Chrysler 200 need?

What kind of oil should I put in my 2011 Chrysler 200? I’m trying to do an oil change by myself for the first time, and I want to make sure I do it right.

The 2011
Chrysler 200
requires 5W-20 grade, synthetic type oil. With the filter in place, your Chrysler 200 will be able to hold about four quarts of oil, but you should buy extra just in case you need it.
While it might be tempting to opt for a different oil grade, changing the viscosity of your engine oil can damage your engine. Make sure to grab the 5W-20 grade oil to keep your Chrysler running smoothly. If you have any questions, most auto store employees will be happy to help you find the right product for your car.
