I’m visiting family in Montana for a couple of weeks and would love to check out some of the mountains and national parks while I’m there. I’ve heard great things about Glacier National park—what mountains are there?

You’ve heard correct—Montana is home to some of the most magnificent mountains stretched across the state. In Glacier National Park, there are more than 150 named mountain peaks over 8,000 feet scattered throughout three mountain ranges—Clark Range, Lewis Range, and Livingston Range.
