What is the Wyoming speed limit?

I love everything having to do with nature and the Wild West. After some research, I found that Wyoming is probably the best place for me to visit. I only have a week to explore, so I want to go between places quickly—what is the speed limit in Wyoming?

If you want to explore the Equality State quickly yet thoroughly, the
Wyoming
speed limit is a maximum of 80 mph. This speed limit only applies to rural stretches of the interstate, but luckily, that’s a vast majority of the state.
Other speed limits throughout Wyoming are:
  • 70 mph on county highways, state highways, and the interstate (where posted)
  • 55 mph on unpaved roads
  • 30 mph in residential areas and business districts
  • 20 mph in school zones
Wyoming is sparsely populated. Before you embark on your journey, you may want to use the

towing and labor coverage
or your basic coverage. By doing so, you can ensure that you’re always safe and sound on your journey.
