What is the range of a Nissan Leaf electric car?

I was hoping to purchase a Nissan Leaf with my sister since we’re both driving to and from campus. I heard that the Leaf is a great car, but since we’ll be using it often, what is the range of a Nissan Leaf electric car?

The Nissan Leaf is a great car–definitely a fan favorite! The standard Nissan Leaf has a range of about 149 miles (239 km).
Nissan also gives buyers the option of the Plus version with a 62-kWh battery and a 215 to 226 mile (346 to 363km) range. Depending on where your campus is and how long your commute is, this may be too short of a range for what you want to use it for.
It may work, but it could be cutting it close especially if you live in a region with extreme heat or cold. Despite the manufacturer’s assurance of the number of miles, I would always suggest to leave some buffer room to be safe.
If two of you are co-owning a car, it’s also a good idea to get
car insurance
for your new coup.
