What is the process to make electric car batteries?

I invest in stocks, so I have been hearing a lot about EV batteries lately. I know some of the materials involved in making EV batteries but what is the process of making batteries for electric cars?

is a great idea. Every EV contains a battery–or battery pack–which is formed through several processes of mining, refining, and assembling.
Making EV batteries begins in the mining stages. Materials like cobalt, rare earth metals, graphite, lithium, and steel-making products are all some of the components involved in creating EV batteries.
The primary ingredient, lithium, needs to be mined and processed until it is battery grade. Afterwhich it is then with the other materials battery metals are formed into electrodes which are grouped into cells. These cells are then grouped into something called a module, and groupings of modules are called battery packs. In a way, it’s like making a LEGO structure.
