What is the problem when my 2016 Ford Focus won't start and there's no clicking?
I have a 2016 Ford Focus that won’t start. When I turn the key, it doesn’t do anything—no lights, no clicking, nothing. I’ve never experienced this before and I keep my car well maintained. What might be causing this issue?

In 99% of cases, a 2016 Ford Focus that won’t start and doesn’t have any clicking sounds has a dead—and that means completely dead—battery or a bad starter solenoid. In either case, the starter isn’t getting enough power to start the engine or it’s broken and won’t start the engine. This results in nothing happening when you turn the key.
