What is the Maine blood-alcohol limit?

I never drive even after one drink, but sometimes I feel kind of silly because I’m still sober. Could I have a drink and still legally drive in Maine, or would I be over the blood-alcohol limit?

In
Maine
, the blood-alcohol content (BAC) limit is 0.08%. For the average person, this is the equivalent of two to four drinks.
However, there are a lot of factors that contribute to BAC and impairment level. If you feel intoxicated, don’t drive. If you’ve had more than three drinks, don’t drive. If you have a small body type or are otherwise more sensitive to the effects of alcohol, don’t drive after drinking. This is the easiest way to stay safe!
Even if you’re cautious, car accidents still happen, which is why it’s so important to have a good
