What is the longest highway in the world?

My partner and I love taking road trips, but we want to see if we can break some of our records with our next one. What’s the longest highway in the world?

The longest highway in the world is the Pan American highway with a total length of 30,000 miles. It’s actually made up of a network of roads that start in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska and stretch all the way south to Ushuaia in Argentina.
If you and your partner plan to try to drive this highway, be prepared for some pretty gnarly conditions, especially on the sections that run through Costa Rica where the highway reaches 10,942 feet above sea level at what’s called the Summit of Death. The best way to make sure you’re ready for whatever the Pan American highway might throw at you is to make sure you’ve got your ride covered with solid
