The main thing to keep in mind is that everyone’s body processes alcohol differently and some people can have impaired driving after one drink.
The Copper State has a no-tolerance policy for driving under the influence, and

split charges—and penalties—into three categories.- A standard DUI conviction can be charged if your blood alcohol level is above 0.08%.
- An extreme DUI conviction can be charged if your blood alcohol level is above 0.15%.
- A Super Extreme DUI conviction can be charged if your blood alcohol level is above 0.20%.
To avoid a DUI charge, simply stay conscious of how much you’ve had to drink and always err on the side of caution. Even if you’ve only had one or two drinks, you still shouldn’t get behind the wheel if you feel at all tipsy.
