What is the Dodge Dakota warranty?

I’ve always loved the look and power of the Dodge Dakota, and my friend has one for sale. I know they haven’t been made in a while and it might be a long shot, but I want to see if the Dakota is still covered under warranty. What’s the warranty on a Dodge Dakota?

Produced from 1987 to 2011, the
Dodge Dakota
was one of the most popular American trucks of its time. Originally, the Dakota came with a 3-year, 36,000-mile basic warranty and a 5-year, 100,000-mile warranty—whichever comes first.
If you were to buy a Dodge Dakota today, none of the models produced would still be under warranty. However, if you have the budget, there’s a silver lining.
RAM
has already confirmed that it’s producing a new generation of the Dakota which will go on sale in late 2023. If you’re willing to wait and you want a new truck, you may want to pinch your pennies until then.
If you want to save some cash to put toward the all-new Dakota, a great place to start is by reviewing your current car insurance policy. See how much you’re paying, what your coverage is, and then compare it with other options on the
