The curfew for teen drivers in
West Virginia
is between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Note that this only applies to Level 1 and 2 licenses.
Now, once your baby has their Level 2 license, they will be allowed to drive during this time if they’re accompanied by a licensed adult age 21 years or older or:
  • Driving to and from their place of employment
  • Driving to and from a school activity
  • Driving to and from a religious activity
  • In the case of an emergency when there is a risk of bodily injury or death
Once they have their Level 3 license and turn 17, your young driver will no longer have to follow these restrictions. Regardless of their level of license, however, they will need a
