The curfew for teen drivers in
Nevada
is from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. This applies to drivers 18 and under.The only exceptions to this rule are if you’re driving home from school or work.
Nevada state law requires
minor drivers
to first get a provisional driver’s license
. This is a special class of license that comes with restrictive guidelines, such as:- No more than one passenger younger than 18 in the vehicle who is not a family member for the first six months
- Everyone in the car must wear aseat belt
- You can drive anytime if there is a parent, guardian, or licensed driver over 21 in the car, who has had their license for at least one year
