What is the curfew for teen drivers in Maryland?
I have a daughter who’s about to turn 16. On her birthday, she wants to go to the DMV to get her license. I’m excited for her, but I’m also scared about her driving at night once she’s licensed. Does Maryland have a curfew for teen drivers?

The curfew for teen drivers in
Maryland
is from midnight to 5 a.m. This is enforced until she’s 18 and can legally get an unrestricted license.She’s also not allowed to have a passenger in the car for the first five months of driving. This goes a long way to limit distractions and make sure she’s concentrating on the road.
