What is the curfew for permit drivers in Minnesota?
My daughter is on the cusp of getting her driving permit in Minnesota. While she can drive by herself on this permit, I’m not sure how late she can do so. Does Minnesota have a curfew for permit drivers?

law has your back. The curfew for permit drivers in Minnesota is between midnight and 5 a.m. In addition to this curfew, new drivers cannot have any passengers in the vehicle for the first six months. The passenger restrictions are lifted thereafter, but the curfew remains in effect until your daughter reaches age 18.
If you’re still worried that your daughter is going to drive too late, set a curfew of your own and stick to it. Not only will your daughter return home at a reasonable time, but she will also learn some responsibility in the process.
