What is the cost to renew a driver's license in New Mexico?

I was taking a flight from Albuquerque to Dallas to visit a friend when the TSA agent told me that my license was about to expire. I read something about how you need a certain type of driver’s license for domestic flights, so I want to make sure I get the right driver’s license when I renew. I’m also not sure if the state charges extra for this license. How much does it cost to renew a driver’s license in New Mexico?
