which starts at $35,000.The Mercedes-Benz A-Class is a compact luxury sedan that comes in two trim options: the A220 and A220 4Matic. The price point may be on the more affordable side, but the interior is high-end and includes premium materials and impressive features such as a panoramic moonroof, leather seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a remote start. All models come with a 7-inch touchscreen with basic infotainment features like Bluetooth and HD radio, too.
Both Mercedes models come with a peppy little turbocharged, 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that boasts 188 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque. Though it’s not the fastest, the A220 4Matic can reach 60 mph in a respectable 6.1 seconds. However, the A-Class is also great on gas, getting 25 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway.
The Mercedes A220 is equipped with several standard driver-assistance and safety features, as well, including a backup camera, blind-spot monitoring, parking sensors, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, cross-wind assistance, and a driver attention monitor.
