The biggest perk to buying a Q50 is probably its engine. It comes standard with a much better engine than its competitors—a 300-horsepower, twin-turbo, 3.0-liter V6 that can go 0 to 60 mph in just 5 seconds. It also has a seven-speed automatic transmission, 18-inch wheels, and rear-wheel drive, with the option to upgrade to all-wheel drive for an additional cost.
Another great feature of the Q50 is a generous driver-assistance package, which includes:
- Adaptive cruise control
- Automatic high beams
- Forward-collision warning
- Automatic emergency braking
- Blind-spot monitoring
- Rear cross-traffic alerts
- Lane-departure warning
- Lane-keeping assist
A configurable dual-screen infotainment system can display apps on either screen based on user preference and can be controlled by touch, a control knob, or steering-wheel controls. It includes a Wi-Fi hotspot, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, as well.
Leather upholstery, a power-adjusted steering column, a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, a Bose stereo system, and remote start offer luxury-brand comforts. There’s not much legroom for rear passengers, however, and the truck is small, with just 13 cubic feet of space.
