What is the best year for a used Wrangler Unlimited?
My kids are finally out of car seats and booster seats, and I’m hoping to get a Jeep that we can all fit in. Someone told me that the Wrangler is a good one for families. What’s the best year for a used Wrangler Unlimited?

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
model year, especially for a family. You’ll get the technological updates and modern safety features of the newer models while still being able to take the Jeep offroading—a win-win!Although the Wrangler Unlimited was introduced back in 2004, Jeep didn’t give it four doors, so you’ll probably find it pretty inconvenient for transporting your family. The extra doors came with 2007 models, but you want to avoid Wrangler Unlimited models from 2007 to 2008 and 2012 to 2014.
Drivers complained about the poor design, weak engine, and expensive repair costs. 2018 is another problematic year for Wrangler—it was recalled 11 times and got over a thousand complaints!
As long as you stick with a newer Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, you’ll get the added safety features like stability and traction control that will put your mind at ease when you drive your family around.
