JK Unlimited really depends on what you’re looking for and your budget. Winches cost anywhere from $100 to over $2,000 for a high-end winch with all the bells and whistles. But those are the extremes; you can generally find a good quality winch in the $600 to $800 price range that’ll meet the recommended minimum line-pull rating for your Jeep. If you haven’t already, calculate your Wrangler’s recommended minimum line pull rating before you start shopping for winches. Just multiply your Wrangler’s gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) by 1.5 to get this information. Now you’re ready to begin shopping!
