Road trips in the states along the East Coast can be tough sometimes—you’re either on a massive and crowded highway or on stop-and-go surface streets. But if you and your boyfriend can take it inland a bit, you can include the Blue Ridge Parkway as part of the best scenic route from
Florida
to
Massachusetts
.
Start out as you normally would by taking I-95 North, but then:
  • Take I-26 West just North of Duncan Chapel, SC, and pick up the Blue Ridge Parkway just south of
    Asheville, NC
  • Follow the parkway all the way north to its terminus at US-250 near
    Afton, VA
  • Take US-250 West a couple of miles to get on I-64 West
  • Meet back up with I-95 North in
    Richmond, VA
  • Just follow I-95 the rest of the way to Massachusetts
To make sure your scenic road trip goes well, take a minute to
give your car a thorough check-up
that includes a review of your
car insurance
before you head out.
