What is the best Jeep for snow?
I just moved to Breckenridge, Colorado, and I fear that my little Honda isn’t going to be able to take these winters. I’m thinking of buying a Jeep. Which is the best one for snow?

Congratulations on the move! The best Jeep for snow will depend on your personal preferences and driving behavior, but the three Jeeps we recommend taking a look at are the Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Let’s highlight those Jeep models in greater detail.
- Jeep Wrangler: 3.6-liter V6 engine and automatic transmission; available four-wheel drive and limited-slip rear differential; Rubicon model has 33-inch tires
- Jeep Grand Cherokee: loaded with safety features including forward-collision warning and automatic braking; available four-wheel-drive models; heated seats and heated steering wheel
- Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk: all-wheel drive capability; model has wider tires and more ground clearance than other Cherokees; excellent ground clearance and traction system
The 2023 Jeep Wrangler starts at $30,295, the Grand Cherokee starts at $39,395, and the Cherokee Trailhawk starts at $42,890.
Best of luck to you!
