The Bentley SUV is called the Bentayga.
Bentley claimed it launched the world’s first true luxury SUV—the Bentayga— in 2015. The vehicle was named after the Roque Bentayga rock formation on the island of Gran Canaria, Spain.
The first Bentayga came with a W12 engine. Shortly thereafter, the model was offered in the following configurations:
- Bentayga Diesel: diesel model
- Bentayga Mulliner: ultra-luxury bespoke model
- Bentayga V8: agile, performance model
- Bentayga Hybrid: the first step towards electric for Bentley
- Bentayga Speed: the world’s fastest SUV at launch; remains one of the quickest SUVs in the world
