What is the ‘95 Toyota Tacoma’s oil type?

I bought a used 1995 Toyota Tacoma to haul my boat to the lake and since I paid so little for it, I’m not going to put a bunch of money into maintenance—instead, I’m going to do it myself. I don’t have the owner’s manual anymore, so I’m not sure what oil I need for an oil change. What’s the oil type for a ‘95 Toyota Tacoma?

If you want to make sure your truck has the capability to get you to the lake, change the oil of your ‘95
Toyota Tacoma
with SAE 5W-30. While you can use a synthetic blend or conventional oil, high-mileage synthetic oil is perhaps the best option.
A high-mileage synthetic oil not only provides great lubrication, but also has additives that can plug holes in your engine. This leads to improved performance, and perhaps more importantly, fewer oil leaks.
With an older vehicle like a ‘95 Toyota Tacoma, you probably only need liability insurance, but you still don’t have to pay a ton to get the coverage you need. To quickly and conveniently compare car insurance quotes all in one place, use the
