I have a 2014 Kia Soul and I want to change the oil. Unfortunately, I lost the manual to the car so I’m not sure what oil I need to use. What is the oil type for a 2014 Kia Soul?

The 2014
Kia Soul’s
oil type is SAE 5W-20 oil. However, both 5W-30 and 0W-20 are acceptable due to similar viscosities in both options. You can also choose either full synthetic, conventional, or a blend, although the full synthetic version will give you the best performance (albeit at a premium price).
If you lose the manual to a car in the future, you can find almost any vehicle manual for free with a quick Google search. Alternatively, you can pop the hood and look at the oil cap. It almost always is labeled with the appropriate oil type.
